Our flameless candles are made with real wax, any candles that are damaged are not eligible for return or exchange. To ensure the longevity and quality of your candles, please store them in a warm, safe environment.

We recommend against shipping these candles, unless able to be transported in a warm area. Exposure to cold temperatures can cause damage. As a precaution, we will not ship candles from October to May, and shipping may be restricted outside of this period depending on weather conditions. If an order is placed during this time that requires shipping, we will refund your order. 

From May to October, our candles will only be availble for local delievery and in store pick up.
