Delivery & Custom Ordering
We have free delivery to Calgary on all orders over $25! This is applied at checkout once you've entered your address. We offer a flat shipping rate of $15.00 outside of Calgary, and free shipping for orders over $250.00 (before tax). Please note that once the tracking indicates an item has been delivered, Misty Creek Home Store cannot be held accountable for any package delivery issues that may arise. To avoid any shipping fees, we also offer a free local pickup option. The Storefront is located at 27 Balsam Ave, Bragg Creek, AB. Once you've placed your order, we will begin to prepare it within 2-3 business days. We'll send you an email notification when your order has shipped or is ready for local pickup. For local pick up, please come by the storefront during regular business hours and bring your order confirmation email with you. Custom Orders: Please note that custom orders, including art and furniture, can take up to 12 weeks for completion and delivery. Due to the personalized nature of these items, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards purchased online can only be used on our website, while gift cards bought in-store are valid only for in-store purchases
Flameless Candle Policy:
All flameless candles should be stored in a warm area, as low temperatures can cause cracking. Candles with damaged wax will not be replaced or exchanged. Exchanges are only accepted for operational defects. Any candles shipped from October to May will be automatically refunded.
